Individual Training

Athlete will pay for training online (minimum 10 purchases)

Once paid for athlete will schedule in person meeting with Dr. Arna. Athlete will go over history which includes goals, previous experience, medical history and previous injuries. Athlete will then perform an assessment with Dr. Arna. Once assessment is complete Dr. Arna will start athlete on the program with phase 1 exercises and program.

Group Training Sessions

Teams or groups will in a group purchase session from site (prices to be determined) 

Once purchased Dr. Arna will coordinate a meeting either at his facility of designated location. Depending on group goals Dr. Arna will construct a customized program for the group. Group training can be either athletic performance oriented or fitness oriented in a bootcamp environment.

Specialty Workshops

Dr. Arna can run a specialty work shop a wide array of human performance topics upon request topics include but aren’t limited to speed development, strength for athleticism, power development, assessment strategies, nutrition for sports performance, injury prevention strategies, how to rehab sports injuries (ACL, shoulder, hip, ankle etc)
