Dr. Arna's Story
At the young age of 13 I became fascinated with sports performance training and since then made it my life goal to learn as much about human performance development as humanly possible. Having competed at a high level as an athlete myself and pursuing a masters in kinesiology with an emphasis on human performance development and sports psychology from the prestigious California State University Fullerton. I then went on to get a doctorates degree in chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences with an emphasis on sports injuries and how to treat them. I have over 30 years of training experience working with high level athletes ranging from NFL level, MLS, professional volleyball, boxing, mixed martial arts, and women’s professional soccer. I have worked with groups in the team setting as well and I have significant experience running camps. In my career I have helped develop hundreds of collegiate athletes and dozens of professional athletes.

Philosophy
Human performance: my system is based on years of analyzing and understanding various concepts in deceleration/landing aka force absorption, acceleration/taking off aka force production, and change of direction/rapid firing aka potentiation. This fascination had me pursue study interest in different experts in these areas. Once I started building my own program with these concepts I began to pick ideas that I liked and found compatible with the creation of my program and used them to continually build and develop my program. I wanted to make a program as efficient as possible from a theoretic perspective and as practical as possible from an application standpoint. After 20 years of continual application I have developed the Dr. Arna K 6 phases of deceleration, acceleration, over-speed and counter movement force production, acceleration to force counter redirection, and finally counter force to re-directive acceleration and over speed training.
All training is built around a tangible tracking and measuring system that documents and tracks performance improvements so that all parts of the program are supported by scientific data.
